 t='181' />FORAMS 2023 </strong></p>\n<p><em>FORAMS 2022\, the next Interna
 tional Symposium on Foraminifera\, has been postponed to 2023 due to still
  ongoing pandemic conditions: therefore\, it is now labelled as FORAMS 202
 3. </em></p>\n<p><em>The symposium will be held from June 26th to June 30t
 h 2023. </em></p>\n<p><em>It is our wish to pursue an “in attendance” conf
 erence and meeting and we do not wish to switch into a fully online one. P
 erugia (Italy) will be still our venue as previously planned. </em></p>\n<
 p><em>The website URL (<a href='http://www.forams2022.it'>www.forams2022.i
 t</a>) will remain the same to minimize the changes and all deadlines have
  been simply postponed by one year.</em></p>\n<p>The Organising Committee 
 is proud to announce you FORAMS 2022\, the next International Symposium on
  Foraminifera to be held in Perugia (Italy). All contributions regarding o
 r involving Foraminifera are welcome.</p>\n<p>We will host communications 
 about new achievements coming from any research field involving foraminife
 ral biology and palaeontology\, including genomics\, experimental biology\
 , growth analyses\, environmental sensitivity\, biomineralisation\, biomon
 itoring\, palaeoecology\, biostratigraphy\, palaeogeography\, taxonomy\, o
 il industry\, geological applications\, etc…</p>\n<p>A call for sessions w
 ill open soon\, to give all researchers the opportunity for highlighting p
 articular topics. Pre-symposiums and post-symposium fieldtrips are planned
  to visit localities where both modern and fossil foraminifera can be obse
 rved/sampled.</p>\n<p>We’ll be able to host workshops and scientific meeti
 ngs upon request. Please keep checking the <a href='http://www.forams2022.
 it'>website</a> as in the next few weeks it will be populated with info\,
