TMS 2020 - POSTERS

How posters will work

At this online conference posters are intended to work in a similar way to at a normal conference. They will typically be single large-page PDF documents like regular posters and will be displayed on the website during the conference and for a few days before and after.

Posters will be displayed on the website from 9th-20th November.
The poster area is password protected, passwords will be sent to registered attendees.
A Preview Gallery lists the posters with thumbnail views, and provides the link to individual pages for each poster.
Full resolution versions of the poster pages are available on the poster pages and commenting, questions and discussion is possible there.

1. Preview gallery

In the preview gallery you can browse thumbnail versions of the posters and read the abstracts (you do NOT need to be logged).
You can also select a subset of posters based on fossil group or time period.

2. Logging in

To actually see, and comment on the posters you need to be logged in.
Use top right menu item to go the log-in page - you will need your email and the password you will be sent.

3. Viewing and commenting on posters

To view the posters click on a thumbnail to go to the page for that poster.
On the poster page you will see a preview of the poster and comments area.
Click on the preview to go to the full PDF poster. Posters are BIG so you will probably need to zoom the image and move round it. The controls to do this will depend on your operating system (e.g Widows, Mac) and browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari).
To return to the poster page click the back-button on your browser (or press: Alt ← or ⌘←)
Add comments! Feedback is one of the reasons we have conferences, so please don't be shy. Say if you like a poster. Ask questions. Tell the authors about related studies. If you are an author make sure to reply to comments (use the reply arrow to the bottom left of the comment).
