The Micropalaeontological Society (TMS) in association with the International Nannoplankton Association (INA) are planning to hold a Discoaster workshop at the TMS Foram/Nanno 2015 spring meeting in Plymouth, UK this year.
The aim is to get 5, 6, or more willing speakers with fairly concise (20‐45 min) talks centring on, but not restricted to, Discoaster taxonomy. This will hopefully allow plenty of time for fruitful Discoaster discussions.
The workshop will be all day (9am‐5pm, with lunch provided) and either precede or proceed the main talks of the spring meet which will run on the Monday and Tuesday (15th and 16th).
This event is open to all nannofossil workers; academic, industrial and students.
